1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Peptiq Labs website (the "Site") or purchasing any products offered by Peptiq Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of this Site and refrain from purchasing any products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Peptiq Labs. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Research Use Only — Critical Disclaimer

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY PEPTIQ LABS ARE INTENDED STRICTLY FOR IN VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH AND SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATION PURPOSES ONLY.

  • Products are NOT intended for human consumption, self-administration, or any in vivo use.
  • Products are NOT intended for veterinary use.
  • Products are NOT approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory authority for therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventive use.
  • Products are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Peptiq Labs makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety, efficacy, or appropriateness of any product for any use other than controlled laboratory research.

By purchasing from Peptiq Labs, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional purchasing solely for legitimate scientific research purposes, and that you will use the products in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

3. Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from or use this Site. By using the Site and placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. Peptiq Labs reserves the right to terminate any order or account if we have reason to believe the user does not meet this age requirement.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not:

  • Use any product purchased from Peptiq Labs for human or animal consumption or administration.
  • Resell, redistribute, or transfer products to any party who intends to use them for non-research purposes.
  • Use the Site or products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Site.
  • Provide false or misleading information when placing an order or creating an account.
  • Use products in any jurisdiction where their purchase, possession, or use is prohibited or restricted by law.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, and use of any product complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Peptiq Labs bears no responsibility or liability for any unlawful use of its products.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Peptiq Labs reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders where we believe misuse is intended, orders with suspected fraudulent payment, or orders to jurisdictions where our products are restricted.

Payment must be received in full before any order is processed and shipped. By submitting an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Peptiq Labs will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in your jurisdiction.

Peptiq Labs does not ship to jurisdictions where the sale or possession of our products is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that importation and possession of our products is legal in your jurisdiction prior to placing an order.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (research chemicals requiring specific storage and handling), all sales are final. We do not accept returns. In the event a product arrives damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEPTIQ LABS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PEPTIQ LABS'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE LIABILITY ARISES IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Peptiq Labs expressly disclaims all liability for any harm, injury, illness, or death resulting from misuse of its products, including but not limited to any human or animal consumption or self-administration.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. PEPTIQ LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptiq Labs and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use or misuse of any product; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any third-party claims arising from your actions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Peptiq Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without our express prior written consent.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
